How much do moving services cost in Perth?

Pricing depends on several factors including how much you’re moving, the size of your home, access (stairs/elevator), distance and extra services (like packing). We provide a pricing guide on our Pricing page and a tailored quote once we know your details.

How do I get a moving quote?

You can get a customised quote by filling out our quote request form with your location, dates and what you need moved. Our form can be found on the homepage or our Contact page.

Alternatively, call or email us and we’ll walk you through it and give you a clear estimate.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Perth and service the Perth metro area plus many regional WA locations upon request (e.g. Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton). If you don’t see your area listed, just ask! We’re happy to confirm availability.

How far in advance should I book my move?

To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking as early as possible. Many customers book weeks in advance, but we can often assist with last-minute moves too (subject to availability).

Do you provide packing and unpacking services?

Yes! We can help with packing, unpacking, wrapping delicate items, and labelling boxes. Just let us know when you submit your request so we can include that in your quote.

Are your movers insured and trained?

Our team is trained in safe handling techniques and has appropriate insurance. If you’d like additional transit insurance for high-value items, we can discuss options before your move.

What isn’t included in your standard quote?

Standard pricing generally covers 2 movers, a truck, basic padding and travel.

Extras like packing materials, specialised wrapping for antiques/pianos, waiting time, or very tight access areas may incur additional charges. Surchages on large/bulky items may be applied.

We’ll always explain these up front.

Can I pack some things myself?

Yes, you’re welcome to pack as much as you like and we’ll transport it. Just make sure boxes are secure, labelled, and manageable in weight.

If you want partial packing help, let us know in the additional information area of our reqest form.

What happens on moving day?

We arrive on time, introduce ourselves, check access points and ensure protection for walls/floors. Then we load, transport and unload your belongings at your new address, placing furniture where you want it.

Simple and straightforward.

I have valuable treasures, what do I do with them?

We ask that your precious valuables like gold, silver and other types of jewellery be packed by you and taken with you to your next nest. It's best that you carry these items yourself as we can't take responsibility for them.

What if something gets damaged during the move?

We take every care to protect your items using blankets, straps and best practices.

In the unlikely event of damage, please tell us straight away, and we’ll walk through the resolution process.

NOTE: No action will be taken against us for any item that may be damaged during the moving procedure if the client does not report within 24 hours of the incident.

Do you move specialty items like pianos or pool tables?

Yes, we can move heavy or awkward items.

For very large specialty pieces, we may need to confirm access and handling requirements first so we can plan appropriately. Surcharges may apply to bulky or heavy items.

Can you help with interstate moves?

Our focus is Perth and regional WA. For interstate moves, contact us and we can discuss options (sometimes through trusted partners if needed).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment on the day via bank transfer (PayID), credit card or other agreed arrangements. For commercial jobs, we can invoice as needed.

Can I request a specific arrival time?

Yes can as we always try to accommodate your preferred time, but exact arrival windows depend on scheduling and traffic conditions. When you submit your moving details, tell us your ideal time frame.

Do you charge for travel time or waiting time?

Yes, travel time to your pickup/delivery address and any waiting time on moving day can be factored into your final cost depending on logistics.

Do I need to be there when movers arrive?

It’s best to be present at both pickup and delivery to provide access and answer questions.

Are there items you can’t transport?

We cannot move hazardous or regulated materials like flammables, gas bottles, or chemicals. Always ask us if unsure.

Can I ask for references or reviews?
